Policy on Refunds

By sending us your project, you agree to the following policy:

As we ReMaster™ your video to "master files", we allow you to confirm work done for you using "proxy video" files (i.e., called "Confirmation Video" files) -- which we upload to the internet for viewing on EnterNetFlix™ Player.

What Are Proxy Video Files:

We use your ReMastered™ Virtual Video "master files" to make your "proxy video" files -- for use over the Internet.

Proxy video files are video files -- of lesser resolution -- made from your ReMastered™ Video "master files".

Another way to say this is, your ReMastered™ Video "master files" are -- at least -- "as good or better" -- than the "proxy-video".

Your ReMastered™ Video "master files" are used to make ALL video products -- like DVD, Blu-ray, etc. -- all of which have higher resolution -- than your "proxy video" files.

The detail resolution of our "master file" is too dense -- and the "master file" is too big -- to view over the internet. For this reason, commercial studios use "proxy video" files to speed approval and development of "master file" work flows.

Although "proxy video" file is not the full resolution of "master file", using a cell phone or tablet -- at a hand-held "reading distance" -- a few inches from your eyes -- the resolution -- and focus -- of your "proxy video" is self-evident. In fact, for some people, evaluating video at "reading distance" is better than evaluating video at an "across-the-room distance" -- at "full resolution".

Video properties like color quality, progressive scan, spelling of your graphics, video content, edits, video speed, and video sound are all "same as" your master file.

Bottom line, by sending us your project, you agree that your approval of the "proxy video" is "same as" your approval of your ReMastered™ Video "master files" -- and "same as" all video products made from your ReMastered™ Video "master files".

Meanwhile we do warranty our "video products" for materials and replacement for 30 days -- and we give you the "virtual files" to recreate or copy any of our "video products" -- with a tutorial -- Virtually For EVER!™

By sending us your project, you agree that your approval of "proxy video" is "same as" approval of all video products made from your ReMastered™ Video "master files".

We do offer "master file" delivery options -- after approval of "proxy files" -- and after payment in full. No refund is available upon delivery of a master file -- unless agreed to in writing. Extra costs for media and shipping are required.

When viewing "confirmation files" on a computer, you will be able to expand them to the size of your monitor, however, your resolution will suffer -- depending on your internet connection and your monitor. In fact, full screen display may even create "block" artifacts -- on your end of the Internet -- that are NOT in your actual video -- on our end of the internet. Be reasonable in expanding your "cell / tablet sized" video window on a HDTV sized computer screen.

Proxy video files (i.e., called "Confirmation Video" files) -- generally display in roughly 1 hour segments (i.e., called Volumes) -- for you to view -- on our secure website. Large project may have multiple volumes.

These files are designed to be viewed on a cell phone or tablet or computer -- as a "cell phone or tablet sized" image --

If you see a issue, or have a question, then you should let us know by text or by e-mail. Simply give us the location of the problem area -- from the "hour and minutes" display on the time line -- which our viewer supplies. Then give us a short description of both the scene and the problem.

Payments:

Once you evaluate your video, and/or we resolve any issues, and you will make a payment -- to keep your project moving forward. We have provided several "quick payment" methods -- including the new and improved version of PayPal -- so we can keep your project moving forward at a comfortable pace for you and for us.

The last payment for "Confirmation Video" -- will be "payment in full" on your project, unless otherwise stated, for example, for extra discs, express shipping, etc.

We will leave your "approved" video available on our website -- for you and friends and family -- or clients -- to view -- until 30 days after you receive your physical products.

Optional Services:

Extended use of our website, to distribute your video, will be available for 1) a base fee of $5 per month, and 2) a digital volume fee of $1 per Gb of storage -- the total amount to determined by the size of your video files.

Payments must be made in advance in 6 or 12 month increments. We will maintain your EnterNetFlix app for you. We will also upgrade your video to You Tube "like" display quality upon request; however, we do not warranty that your "bandwidth" will support this extra video quality. More later.

Post-Approval Work:

Once you approve your "confirmation video", we invest more labor and resources and money in "post-ReMastered" production of by-products -- from your "master files" -- like DVD discs, flash drive files, etc. For this reason, no refund is offered "after you approve" a "confirmation video" segment; however, we do warranty our DVD products after you receive them, for 60 days -- and you do have "disc image files" which you can use to recreate any disc -- yourself.

We offer other options in confirming quality of work, however, the client bears the extra cost of these additional steps -- like shipping, extra media costs, etc. Payment in full is required for shipping of master files -- only after "confirmation video" is approved.

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy gives YOU the most leverage at the beginning of a project -- to earn your trust and confidence in the quality of our work. Our refund policy protects your initial "deposit" and all payments on "unapproved video" -- from start to finish.

You are entitled to stop the project-- for any reason -- prior to approving a "confirmation video" -- and so do we. We reserve the right to cure any issue that is under our control to cure. We can not cure many image deficiencies in the original medium.

We will refund any money paid in advance on "unapproved" work only. We do NOT offer refund, nor will we pay a refund, on work you have already approved.

What You Need To Know About Your Approval

The "confirmation video" is actually a "proxy-video" for the ReMastered™ Video files. This is because the ReMastered™ Video files are used to make the "proxy-video" -- with the understanding that the ReMastered™ Video are as good -- or better-- than the "proxy-video".

Your written approval and a partial payment is evidence that you have approved the "proxy-video" -- and your approval extends to the ReMastered™ Video files -- and all products made from the ReMastered™ Video files.

Should you have a commercial need for closer examination -- at higher resolution -- we will be happy to work with you on higher resolution video for "confirmation proposes", however, such a request goes beyond the scope of our initial agreement and there will be additional fees -- to cover our extra time and expense.

For example, if you want DVD discs for "confirmation purposes", there is extra labor, packaging, and mailing expenses that we will incur -- which are not part of our original production offer. This kind of request will also slow down the project by weeks.

It is best to call me, and I can cover your options.

Examination of ReMastered™ Video master files -- themselves -- will require advanced payment-in-full -- and will require that you wave your right to a full refund. In any event, online video will be offered, regardless -- as an a first step in heading off problems -- before they become problems.

We use Standard Commercial Verification -- and is understood and accepted in commercial video transactions.

Credit Card users agree to "approve proxy-products" in writing -- by e-mail.

Once "approval" or "rejection" of a "proxy-product" occurs, the offer of "refund" is satisfied and expires. No Offer of Refund is made beyond the approval or rejection process.

We still warranty our products beyond the "approval stage" -- for physical defects -- until 30 days after delivery of Master Files -- at which time, we purge our video database of clients project.

Why?

Our "service" is that of "making custom digital products". Once the digital products are delivered, they are considered "consumed" -- immediately. This is because -- a client can, and should, make a quick and easy copy of ALL our digital products. Their "copy" be then be duplicated thousands or millions of times. Since we can not resale or reuse digital products -- to which we do not own copyrights -- return of consumed products serve no purpose.

Furthermore, sending a hard drive or flash drive or optical disc back to us -- after being copied -- "thus consuming the video on it" -- is like asking for a refund on an empty milk bottle. The "milk" or "video" is the product -- the "bottle" or the "hard drive" are just the containers for the consumed product.

In cooperation with the FBI, IRS, Attorney Generals Office, and Merchant Services Investigations, we are a test site for CopyCop™ - Digital Property Theft Protection and Encoding System.

In the rare case of a refund by agreement, or involuntary refund, in either case we would request a client to request a "chargeback", which places the jurisdiction of the refund within criminal boundaries -- should the client "take" money from us and also "keep" products that belong to us. CopyCop™ is a fool proof way to prove video was in fact "consumed".
